Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

If I could have given this Dunkin no stars I would have. Worst experience I've ever had at Dunkin. The employees were slower than molasses. They were out of all advertised girl scout cookie flavors but clearly were advertising it. There were only 2 people in front of me and it took 10 mins for 2 breakfast sandwiches and a coffee. I could see the door to my plane and they were about to shut my door so I said can I get my money back! The Indian lady looked at me as I said something confusing. They had two people trying to make 1 sandwich. This place is a joke. I did tell them making sandwiches isn't rocket science and if they can't hack it get regrained or find another job!!! Come on Dunkin your standards are bare minimum. I always choose Starbucks over Dunkin because of customer service. In a airport the workers should be able to produce coffee and food timely and efficiently or it's not the place they should be...

The most disgusting service. They should be open 24 hours. I came at 1:30am the worker told me that she’s gonna open at 2am. At 2 o’clock she also said that she is closed. The worker( the girl) kept saying that she is closed, however, she sold stuffs to others. When I made drama she said that she didn’t know what about I’m talking. After the security came she changed her mind and sold me sandwiches. Why I can’t just buy food without drama? I’m a customer who should be appreciated and only because of customers their business is still surviving. Why and how dunkin donuts hire such uneducated people?! It’s a shame on the dukin...

When I arrived, no other customers were there. No employees in sight either, so I ordered on the kiosk. I ordered a French Vanilla Macchiato with half the pumps, but the coffee I got was so terribly sweet that I had to throw it out. Also, after what felt like forever, one employee looked at me puzzled and asked me what I'm waiting for, so they probably didn't even check my order (and therefore also didn't make it how I ordered it). It took way too long to make it, too. Bummer that it was the only coffee option. Way overpriced. Avoid...
