Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

I ordered a Cinnamon Raisin Bagel with cream cheese on the side. I ask the Cashier are the Bagels fresh this morning and Mr. Sharaj or Shanaj said "Yes they are fresh Bagels". When I start eating the Cinnamon Raisin Bagels it was as hard as a Brick. It was a Stale Bagel. This is so dissatisfing and absolutely disgusting, and unacceptable. Mr. Sharaj or Shanaj proved to be completely unprofessional. I am not satisfied with the Dunkin Dounts on 116th Street Liberty Avenue. Their food especially their Bagels are not fresh they are Stale Bagels, probably from last month. As a fast food restaurant in the Richmond Hill area, they need to do better business and have an utmost standing feeding their customers...Unfortunately...

Asked the elder Muslim lady with the hijab in the front to not add bacon in the $6 and sister tells me we have an option without bacon so its more expensive. You would think a fellow Muslim would be more understanding that we can’t eat bacon but wants more money. How hard is it to give the deal and not put bacon on it I come here everyday and buy food no longer coming here again. What’s funny is the Dunkin by job does it without question but this location doesn’t… I just came to The one on queens blvd and they gave it to Me this probably a money hungry third party location trying to cash in every penny lol all the guy did was go to person on the side and said don’t put bacon. The worst Dunkin ever and it’s the only one down my block. They never have iced decaf coffee because apparently no one orders it. That’s what I was told. For a coffee shop you should have decaf available everyday. Same with the chamomile tea. It’s the only brand tea that truly helps me during a sickness. I went in couple times for a strawberry banana smoothie and no bananas are there. They alway mess up orders. Wraps always looks rushed, messy and unappetizing. I used to order the same lattes and coffees everyday but each day it would taste different. This is why Starbucks has a higher percentage of customers. They do things right. If only we had one...
