Just called 14:20 April 24 2024 to make an order over the phone n pay the girl who answer the phn said they don’t take payment over the phone I then indicated to her I do pay over the phone at all time since when it stop she like u want the order or not we busy here we only do payment over the phone when it’s not busy ask to speak to a manager she said they not here n hang up the phone on me I called back and she did the same thing the boss have camera over the register he need to look at the footage listen the audio n fire that individual it’s bad for business she have no training on how to deal with customers if so u will loose business a lot of ppl may get the same experience and afraid to post a review cause ur account n pictures being shown by google but once u leave a review of ur experience u have nothing to worry about just make a call to get her name (Annie) she shouldn’t be working place where she got to deal...

Worst food .and worst service. I order chicken rice from them.peas was raw rice was stale like they cook 10 days ago.it has 2 bones inside..and when I called .she even didn't hear me .she hang up on me saying have to take next customer. I order food from this restaurant today at 11.02am and asked for delivery since my newphew is visiting and does not know NYC. I live 1 block away from this store. The people were rude by hanging up the phone the first call I made. The second call they answered I made my order which was close $37. This horrid place did not deliver the food only had me waiting for over and hour. This pissed me off so why lie when you are less than 10 mins away saying the delivery person left over 30mins only to arrive at 12.25pm.
