New Thriving Restaurant — Restaurant in New York

Yesterday, I visited this establishment with a friend, hoping to find a seat at the bar. As I approached, I noticed a person sitting engrossed in her phone, and inquired if she worked there. . To my surprise, she responded with a dismissive “yes” and then proceeded to inform me that they wouldn’t serve me because I was drunk. This was her first words, and she made the accusation based on my tripping over my friend’s wide-open door, rather than showing any concern for my well-being. Instead of offering hospitality and asking if I was okay, she simply brushed off my concerns. When I inquired about the owner, they refused to provide me with their contact information. I can’t help but wonder what shady dealings might be taking place here, but I’ve never encountered such a lack of hospitality in any establishment. Each time we visited New York from Toronto, we always visited this location, food was always on point, staff were not so great, but we always looked pass that! How ever this time we visited this location twice ( 2 nights in a row) the first night the staff was amazing, how ever the food ught, not what we are used to getting at this restaurant, the roast pork was dry dry dry and salty, we were very tired since we were coming off and 10 hours drive, we said we shall visit again since it was almost closing time and the waitress did advised us that kitchen were closing in 10 min. The second night was the most horrible night ever. We visited, the chicken fry rice was so horrible, it went bad there was a very sour amd slimy tast to it the waitress were so rude, for a place this reputable, would a visit...

Girls are very rude and lazy ! On the phone 1 was very rude. When I arrived one was taking a nap on the counter as the rude one dealt with me. The food was trash no flavor or color. I ordered the garlic chicken fried rice had no chicken and no flavor couldn't detect that garlic. Veggies weren't fresh u can tell they are from a can Super soggy and flavor less. Also purchased the spicy fried plantain . Regular flavor less plantain and they added ground chillin powder on top . Ordered the shrimp dumplings Got chicken I think again no flavor so I couldn't tell.
