The food and drink here are good, but the establishments is another story. One time I went to the store to make and order for milkshakes for me and some friends. One of those friends is lactose-intolerant, which without going into detail, means he cant drink normal milk, so I requested that his milkshake be made with almond milk. The employee taking my order said "you know its more expensive right?". I told the employee I knew that and I still wanted almond milk in the shake. The employee continued to explain to me as if I didn't understand the first time. Then more employee's came and treated me as if I didn't know English. The priority was getting the free beverage and I specifically mentioned that I had a coupon for a free beverage, but the female associate ignored that and charged me for it despite my multiple mentions of the free beverage. She insisted that I had not mentioned the coupon first, when I had directly mentioned it before ordering. This is a level of Arrogant Incompetency I was NOT expecting from this location. Read moreThe Customer Service at this dunkin donuts is the Worst. They really need training on how to interact with customers. The store manager really needs to look into this matter seriously. I encountered a few terrible experiences here myself but decided Not to make much out of it until a handful of other customers sitting at a table next to me intensively discussed their horrible experiences publicly in great depth and detail. I realized others were also aggravated and somebody needs to look into the staff's behaviors & lack of professionalism.
