Today 5/1/24 at 8:09pm two very rude and impatient women (employees) by the register and the other women was by the âkitchen areaâ where they make the drinks. So I walk in to Dunkin, ordering my drink at the register. At first I order a peach energy drink and peep it wasnât $3 anymore so I kindly told the lady âon the âDunkin appâ stated $3 so she said â Itâs not $3 anymore so your total is $4.24 so please man hurry up and pay my colleague already made the drink you canât change the order. The thing is I didnât pay yet so how did the other lady made the drink without I paying it first? come on Dunkin you gotta observe these employees and their actions towards a customer. Anyways, the lady by the kitchen area made the drink VERY FAST without me paying first so I had the rights to change my order. So it doesnât make sense how the women that attended me trying to rush me without confirming about whatâs âthe $3 dealâ. I never had an issue here at my local Dunkin stop. Definitely wonât come back again. Same goes do my family and friends knowing this Dunkin have a very nasty employees. They donât make âcustomers servicesâ successful. Hopefully the manager speaks to them. Definitely reporting to HR due to their actions and their unprofessional role. I think their name started with a C and an M. Once I change my order the lady rush it and threw my drink by the âice cream areaâ next to her colleague. I ask her to re make it, the way I was treated there today wasnât okay! At the end of the day I paid for it and they shouldnât be treating me like this. And of course they never re made it. I had to walk out with my drink spill. I wish I can Ratw...
Read moreVisited this location like 2am and all they had was a small selection of leftover donuts and the fresh ones were still unavailable. This has happened @ various locations late @ night at other locations as well. You would think that being they're main concept is selling donuts that they would make sure to always have fresh ones available. Being that the price of these forever shrinking donuts are like $1.39-1.49 in my area a consumer should expect to receive a fresh product not some 8-12 hour donut thats been sitting on an open shelf exposed to light, heat and everything else. I've been to stores that late at night when they're ready to close @ a discount to make you happy as they usually throw the remaining donuts in the garbage. Dunkin if your stores are 24 hours you should have a constant supply of fresh product instead of the the excuse " it was very busy" that's not the correct answer. You guys are dropping the ball in my opinion. Sorry I didn't take a picture of the empty shelves with like 20 or 30 leftover donut varieties that nobody wants. Has this ever...
Read moreI live one block away from this dunkin and Iâve been going since I was a little girl. The employees from years ago were the nicest people you could ever meet but the employees now are very disrespectful and sometimes even look at you with disgust. Today I ordered ice cream, I wanted to use a coupon, the cashier was a bit nice but the code wasnât working. I was about to say itâs ok but the manager or another employee came and screamed at me to turn my brightness up, it was on the highest but the scanner wasnât working. She then screamed at me to go to the other register where the donuts are, they scanned my code, but it didnât work. As I was counting my cash she screamed at me again asking me âAre you paying or what?â At that point I kind of raised my voice saying to give me a minute. I hated the service today, and this mostly this year, I think this dunkin needs some respectful employees. I use to work at Mcdonaldâs, so I understand that sometimes a persons patience can go through the roof but you have to learn to not explode in a...
