I rated this location at 1 star for a specific reason and a situation that just happened. I was sitting at a table doing some work and had almost full medium iced coffee that I paid $3.91 for. I went to use the bathroom and obviously took my phone , notebook, backpack with me. Coffee was on the table and I specifically left my sweater on the chair to show that someone still there. I comeback to find that my coffee is not there and a costumer that was sitting next to me says that an employee through it out. I went to ask a person at the register why would someone throw away more than half full cup with a sweater on the chair indicating that costumer is still there, an answer was " I don't know, why you asking me I didn't touch it" He knows exactly what happened and at that point knowing his co-worker made a mistake should of just apologize and offer to replace instead of an answer he provided. I asked who did it then? He points a finger towards woman's bathroom where another employee is cleaning, basically suggesting me to go and deal with it myself, so I ask a lady that's there and she says " I don't know, I thought you left." When asked why would she think that since my sweater was on the chair and the costumer sitting next to me told her that someone is sitting there and went to use the restroom, but was quote " looked at funny" and ignored. So employee who says her name is "Pubi" tells me to go tell cashier person to make me a new one and then raises her voice and "Don't worry I go tell him" . I went back to my table and about 7 min later decided to ask if I am getting another cup of coffee, response " I don't know you did t tell me , how should I know You should just tell me". "Pubi" runs out with raised voice "Yes I did, sorry" while looking at me like "Here, you happy?". So I go back to my table and tell you the truth I wouldn't right this detailed review if after getting back to my table I wouldn't sit there for 10 minutes listening on those two (mainly "Pubi") discussing all kinds of excuses that basically put me into blame for not letting all staff know that I am going to use bathroom and just quietly leaving a sweater on the chair and probably just to get a free coffee, their conversation was loud enough with about 5-6 new costumers in line constantly turning heads to look at me where finally made me really uncomfortable so I left without finishing what I was working on. I think employees of such big frenchies even privately owned should be trained to act...

After waiting 10 minutes for my order I finally broke down and asked what was taking so long. This location takes long to do mobile orders for whatever reason, so I was okay with waiting initially. They told me they did not get my mobile order. I showed three different people my mobile order, showed them the time, and the address so that they could believe me. The girl was extremely rude towards me and told me “your order didn’t come in” and walked away.
I figured she went to make it because I just showed her that I clearly ordered it to that location. I waited a little bit longer and realized she just started helping other customers. I asked her where was the drink because I showed her my app and showed her my order details already. She did not care, rolled her eyes, and gave me attitude. She proceeded to ask another worker if my drink order came in and the other lady said no and walked away. There was absolutely zero effort made to resolve the situation. I asked her for her name and she refused to give me her name.
Eventually she finally decided to get a manager after I asked her if she was the manager since she was being so authoritative. When the manager Ronny came, he looked at my order and while he was talking to me, the girl starts screaming over me saying “she asked for my name she asked for my name”. I felt so uncomfortable being treated that way because there were other customers there, it’s early in the morning, and I am a regular at this location.
The manager apologized however I asked him for her name and he refused to give it to me until I kept asking and he finally said it was “Ayan” but who knows if that’s true. He asked her to make my drink and she refused to move. At that point I wouldn’t trust anyone there to make my drink because it was such an issue to begin with. I will never step foot into this Dunkin’ Donuts again after such a horrible experience.

I had a very upsetting experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts location on 8 June 2025. I purchased two dozen donuts, expecting fresh and tasty products, but what I received was completely unsatisfactory.
When I got home and tried one donut, it was stale, hard, and almost empty of filling — especially in the Boston Creme. My son confirmed that the donut was tough and lacked filling. I returned to the store to address this, but the staff was incredibly unprofessional.
The employee was argumentative, insisting “that isn’t true,” despite my request for her to actually look at and touch the donuts. She refused to verify the condition of the donuts and dismissed my concerns. Another employee came out, and I repeated my complaint. Instead of helping, she questioned whether the donuts were even from their store, which was shocking — I was there less than two hours earlier!
Neither employee was willing to examine the donuts or take responsibility. The second employee told me to call customer service, refusing to do anything else.
Additionally, the store itself is dirty and rundown, which only added to my disappointment. I am posting photos of the donuts and the facility to illustrate the poor quality and condition.
This was a very frustrating and unprofessional experience. I won’t be returning, and I advise others to be cautious before purchasing here.
