Brooklyn Public Library - Fort Hamilton Branch — Attraction in New York

I thought this was a library but apparently it's a place to drop off your kids while you go have a spa day. When I was growing up we were taught to be quiet in a library, but I wasn't here 5 minutes and kids were screaming, slamming on keyboards, dragging their hairs across the floor, talking loudly, and having full blown conversations. And the parents that were there with their kids did nothing to stop their kids from all the noise they were making either!! At Central certain areas if you make noise someone comes over and says something,but it's like these librarians are on auto pilot and deaf and blind to all the nuisances going on here! Don't think I'll come here anymore although its a 10 minutes walk from my house, I'd rather take a day trip and go to the central library where I can study in PEACE than...

Terrible customer service, both women were incompetent to provide detailed answers For a brand new customer, the air is stuffy, and the wait is long for pcs. Better off going further into the city for a more quality and spacious environment Where staff interacts with customers well and provides correct information. Money was placed on the Library card and the error was never corrected, the customer was charged for a service that was never completed. Only went once and will Never...

This is not a day care center but it certainly operates as one. Extremely noisy due to the unsupervised children and the staff are supposed to do their job and stop this and any other disturbance since this is supposedly a LIBRARY, you know that place that is supposed to be quiet?
