Employees are super slow, lazy, incompetent and disrespectful. I ordered a bagel with vegetable cream cheese and a medium iced caramel latte on my way to work 2 days ago. I waited patiently around 15-20 mins for my order. Instead they gave me a dry bagel with 2 pathetic pieces of bacon. I tried calling but no one answered. Went back this morning to have the situation rectified.. the employees are standing there looking stupid and being rude with no solutions. I asked for a replacement and they gave me a bagel with a hair in it. Just went to the store again to request a refund and the employees told me I need a receipt. I have wasted my time going there 3 times now and not once did I receive an apology or anything, just stink attitudes. I have been nothing but respectful this entire time. Yet to receive a refund or any compensation. I will be turning up on them if they dnt run me my money REAL SOON. Called corporate so let's see what happens. I'm baffled at how idiotic these people are...It's really not...

Read moreI work with the NEW YORK CITY BOARD OF EDUCATION and was having a special event for a students Birthday party. So i decided to shop a Dunkin Donuts to get TWO 12 Dozen Donuts and 24 Juices. Before i can finish placing my order the cashier NAVAN and his name tag-less co-worker which she refuse to give me her name told me im only allowed to purchase up to 5 Juices with the app then after ANY PURCHASE WILL HAVE TO BE WITH CASH . I then asked can she show me where was this policy written in Black and White and as guessed they had no such. After not submitting proof or Great Customer Service i was then DENIED ANY SERVICE'S BEYOND AND WAS TOLD TO WAIT UNTILL THE MANAGER ARRIVES, THE NEXT MORNING.
