Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

If I could give this place zero stars I’d be happy to. What absolutely disgusted me about this place, the manager had the audacity to come at me after parking one spot away from DD and said I must leave if I wasn’t a customer, and so I went in and bought donuts. Once I came outside and walked around to look at the other stores around, he came back at me yelling I must leave. He said I came and spent only $2 and overstayed my welcome (10 minutes maximum of parking), albeit the sign didn’t specify how long or how much you need to purchase for permission to park in the lot. Screamed and hollered at my mom saying if she was stupid, which was uncalled for, determined to have the car tolled and wanted to take a picture of the license plate. “These parking spots are for other DD customers, so once you’re done, you leave or I have your car tolled.” Thankfully bystanders came and exclaimed his wrongdoings and calmly told us to ignore him. I work next door to this location and my coworkers and I buy coffee from here every day. Today I got a triple shot of espresso with oat milk and it tasted so burnt. I was busy at work and when I got a chance which was exactly one hour later I brought the coffee back and asked for something else. The manager was so rude and told me I came in this morning. No I didn’t, bc I made a phone call when I was there which was 11:30 so I had the exact time and it was exactly an hour. So after she gave me a hard time I ended up just buying another coffee. When I first started going there, they seemed less than happy to take your order. I remember trying to buy "as many munchkins 3$ could buy," & they didn't know how much a single munchkin costs. The manager came over & didn't even know. They made me buy a cup full of random ones I didn't want, & I had to pay 4$. Ridiculous. Since then, their staff has changed except the manager. The manager is just rude. The rest of the staff now, is very nice. They even know my daily order & start making it as soon as I walk in. The only Dunkin that always gets my drink...
