So I used to go to this place regularly when they were called 'talk of the town'! The owner was wonderful, the service was great. The food was excellent! Now obviously the owner have changed & some how the quality of the food got bad. When I went there it was lunch time & there were only 1 person was eating ! I went there after a long time thinking to give this place one more chance . But I was little disappointed! It's a Bangladeshi owned halal chaineese restaurant. So I feel bad that the food quality wasn't that good! When I was seating down I asked for some cold water. The server went inside and came back & said sorry we don't have it at this moment! I was thinking in my head what was that ! Didn't realize the fact that you actually have to buy a bottle of water . Some of the places in Jackson heights doing this right now where they don't serve water anymore. You actually have to buy bottled water, and I really don't like this idea. It's not like businesses is going down in that area , in fact it's always packed . Any of the restaurants you visit in Jackson heights 80% of the time they are packed! So then I ordered a mango lassi & it was ok. I checked out the menu & decided to try out there Appetizers platter , I post a pic of what it says on it & what I got . It's not like u gotta choose from it , it supposed to come with it. My platter didn't have fried shrimp! I didn't say nothing ! Liked the pakoras, lollipops were not cooked well inside , dumplings were ok . Then I got the Hookah Noddles , it's was good . I was like finally something tastes good ! I do like the fact that they don't push you to pay tip , because I just don't trust the restaurant owners to actually give the tips to there servers ! So I can give it actually to the server. Btw, the server was all alone & he was good at his work ; wish I had more money to give him as a tip!

Mediocre at best for a Chinese or fusion place. I was really excited to try Eatzy Chinese with my family for the first time in Jackson Heights, but unfortunately, my experience was completely underwhelming at best. First off, the mango lassi was a disappointment—runny and lacking the creamy, yogurt-rich flavor I was expecting. It tasted more like a watered-down mango juice. As for the food, it just didn’t hit the mark. The dishes were lackluster and didn’t have the vibrant, bold flavors you typically expect from Chinese cuisine. Honestly, it felt like something was missing—no strong aroma of fresh cooking, no excitement in the dishes. The whole vibe inside was strange too; there were no other customers eating there, and only one server was attending to everything. It almost felt more like a takeout spot than a restaurant where you could settle in and enjoy a meal. Overall, the atmosphere was pretty uninviting, and the food didn’t impress at all. Definitely won’t be coming back anytime soon👎🏾

My brother and sister in law invited me to go to Eatzy with them. Overall, Eatzy is not good. Im rating it 1 out of 5 Hot and sour chicken soup Good but it had too much soy sauce 3/5 Lollipop chicken I Ordered 2 orders they didn’t give the orange sauce that comes with it. I had to ask specially for it. Price for this is okay. 6 for $6 (1 order of lollipop chicken is 6 pieces). The lollipop chicken isn’t that big, it’s small pieces. 3/5 Mango shake They didn’t give an umbrella so I had to ask for it. I saw that other people had it in their drink. Lol if I paid for the drink I want my little Umbrella. Mango shake It tastes like melted mango ice cream 2/5 Chicken sizzler 3/5 The fried rice wasn’t good. It’s a little expensive too. Chicken manchurian 1/5 It’s supposed to be fried. It was soft and a lot of soy sauce . Also it wasn’t spicy which it’s supposed to be too. Thai Tom yum soup with chicken 1/5 It was legit duck sauce soup Lastly, customer service needs a lot of work.

We were in the neighborhood and wanted to eat out. We were in between Farine Baking Company and Eatzy Chinese and decided that Eatzy might be nice to try since they had a new menu and renovated the place. Unfortunately, it was a complete waste of time and money. First of all, we received the a menu with the same food items as Talk of the Town, which is what the restaurant was previously called. I was wondering where the peri peri items were as they were saying they also sold that. I had to ask the server if they had that and then he brought me a separate menu. We ordered chicken lollipops, wontons, peri peri half chicken, and the rocket burger. The lollipops were overdone and oily. The wontons were not like any that we've had before and were super oily as well. The peri peri half chicken, while cooked pretty well, had basically no sauce. We asked for some sauce on the side. The server came back with about half a teaspoon of sauce. I am astounded by this. The rocket burger had a supermarket bun, lots of mayo, and a two inch thin piece of burger patty. I also had the barbican drink, for which we needed ice and the server came back with a few pieces of ice that were already melting on a plate with a spoon. This was totally unexpected. We received a plate that had sauce on it and asked for it to be replaced. Additional things that we noticed were that the "parking lot" was filled with old furniture and a few odd boxes of vegetables that were laying around and didn't seen to be from any recent delivery. I hope those vegetables were not used for cooking meals. Overall, I would not recommend coming here. It was way better before. Before we left, we heard other customers complaining about the food they received as well. I feel that in the age of the Internet and Instagram food bloggers, sometimes everyone is not honest, especially when a place invites reviewers over to eat for free. Please be wary if you do...
