I called to place an order for pick up and the gentleman who took my order was very nice- everything went downhill from there.

I asked him when to come and he said 15 minutes. We ordered chicken tiki masala, curry goat & curry puffs so 15 minutes was fair to fast. The sequence to follow is pure comedy.

For any of my Seinfeld fans: “it’s not taking the reservation that’s important, it’s keeping the reservation that’s the important part”. When we arrived there it, there was a long line of people all waiting to be attended. After waiting for about 5 minutes to be acknowledged by any staff I had to ask for help with my pick up order. I was told yes and then ignored. Another 5 mins go by and someone who came after me and was boisterous to staff was attended before me. Now, about 30 minutes after calling I again ask about my order.

Much to my surprise my food was not prepared at all and not prepared freshly. Once I asked again they then started packing my order which was all from premade food trays.

I’m not unreasonable, I know restaurants get busy, that’s good for our economy. I simply request that in the future if someone calls to place an order: The order is actually placed. A realistic time frame for pick up is given. The food is prepared fresh.

The only reason I took the time to write this is because ultimately the food wasn’t good. It was extremely greasy and a waste of time and money. 40 minutes to scoop food from a tray is unacceptable and does not reflect their...

If you're craving mouthwatering kababs in Queens, Kababish on Broadway in Jackson Heights is the place to go! As a frequent visitor, I can confidently say they serve the best kabab roll and Bihari kabab in town. The flavors are incredibly rich, perfectly spiced, and always fresh—every bite feels like a culinary delight.

While they don’t offer seating, the takeout experience is smooth, though be prepared for longer wait times on weekends due to their popularity. My advice? Order ahead and pick up to save time. Despite the occasional wait, the friendly and helpful staff make the experience enjoyable. They’re always willing to explain dishes or recommend favorites if you’re new to their menu.

Speaking of the menu, Kababish offers a wide variety of dishes, from juicy seekh kababs to flavorful rolls and platters. The prices are very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. Plus, they provide catering services, making them a great option for events or family gatherings.

There’s no doubt about their food or service—both are heavenly! Whether you're a kabab enthusiast or just looking for delicious Pakistani/Indian cuisine, Kababish never disappoints. If you’re in Jackson Heights, this spot is a must-try. Just remember to plan ahead on busy days, and you’ll be rewarded with some of the most flavorful...

ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE

I had a very disappointing experience with this restaurant. We called twice to confirm our order since there was a language barrier, and they assured us everything was correct. They said order was ready and when we got there it still was not ready and it took another 20 minutes. After driving 30 minutes each way not only was there EXTRA WAIT TIME but the most expensive item was missing from our bag. When we called back, instead of taking responsibility, the staff told us to “come back and get it” with no regard for the hour-long commute.

When I asked for a refund, they refused and claimed they are “not allowed” to refund — which is unacceptable for any business. It got to the point where I said I would call my bank for a refund, and the person on the phone became nasty and responded rudely, saying “do that but you will eat haram,” which was extremely offensive and unprofessional. As if holding my money without providing service is not haram.

On top of the poor service, the food quality has also gone down tremendously. Between the missing items, lack of accountability, refusal to issue refunds, and rude behavior, I cannot recommend this...

What a terrible place to get the food! Just for your information, these guys do not follow hygiene practices, and they're overpriced. I ordered a qeema Naan, and the guy came from outside and didn't care to wash his hands and proceeded with the qeema Naan. when I asked him to wash his hands only, then he washed his hands. When he made the order, I went home there was literally no qeema inside the naan, and they charge $8.00 for each Naan. And I'm someone who's been going there ever since this place came into existence. Will not go there ever again!

Was disappointed. Ordered the chicken kebab roll. The amount of chicken was not enough. Would have been better if they doubled the amount of chicken. Tasted more of the onions and cabbage than the chicken. Chicken itself was not that flavorful. I did like the bread/roll though. Also needed more sauce. Roll was $4.50. I'd give it a 5/10. Chicken kebab by itself I think is $3. I would recommend merit kebab over kababish.
