El Sancho — Restaurant in New York

I have never been to the actual location of el Sancho, but I have ordered delivery from them more than a dozen times, probably more than 20 times. They are absolutely the most authentic and delicious Mexican food in south Brooklyn. They are a torteria by name, so you best believe their tortas are absolutely fire 🔥🔥🔥. They are stacked sandwiches full of flavor and every possible combination of meats and vegetables you could think of. their tortas also come with hand cut French fries- so delicious. Besides the tortas they have a great selection of tacos, huaraches, sopes, and picaditas and more. I was so impressed when I ordered a quesadilla from them and it was a fresh tortilla made from masa harina, not a goofy white flour tortilla!! But they do have burritos if white flour tortillas are your thing. They also make really good smoothies which is just a huge bonus after a big spicy meal. I've buy from them all the time, I never looked at the receipt I just take my food and go. this time I decided to leave a review, there's a fee they charge when I use my credit card that I never noticed. I called them back and ask what is that fee that I never pay attention to, there is a guy with very bad attitude and insist that the fee is for using the credit card other than the tax, and we're screaming at me saying what's your problem, go ahead and call 311 if you want.this Is not about the fee that I pay I'm just feeling unbalanced of they never intend to tell me if there's any extra fees other than tax for self pick up. I was not allowed to eat indoors account of not having Vaccine Mandate Card. It only had 2 tales to sit an eat. It had 2 Stool by window to seat & eat. When I was there a couple was eating there lunch. On. the door has sign must have Vaccination. Card to eat here.So I had my Vegetarian Burrito with French put in to go container. I have the Antibiotics told the guy taking my order. That didn't get a Vaccination. Card yet. This place only had only 6 people working in. Kitchen fixing the food .
