They humiliated me personally! One of server came to me and said sir you can take a can of soda or water bottle free because you ordered Lunch special, normally I don’t drink water after lunch however I said thank you and after lunch I took a bottle of water and came out ! But surprisingly one of their people approved to me and snatched a water bottle from my hand and humiliated me saying why you took a water bottle! I told the story but he didn’t convinced and snatched a bottle and went inside store! I was astonished, humiliated and pained because of their behavior, I sat a while at there and returned to the restaurant and told their manager, manager understand the situation and called their all staffs and warned them not to repeat such things in future! Because bottle of water is not a big issue but the way they humiliated me in front of all by passers and customers was really crazy ! First time in the USA, someone did like this to me ! Staffs are very rude rude and rude ! They don’t know how to serve the customers and how to talk and they also don’t know about the restaurant policies too ! It’s a very shameful! Staffs need to be trained and aware about restaurant’s policy ! Personally I feel very bad ! I suggest others to not to go this restaurant...

I tried many Pho Bo places and this is so far the worst. If you're a pho bo lover — please avoid them. You will be disappointed. First of all — meat is extremely dry, there is no flavor, besides that it's impossible to chew it — it's full of veins. Just look at this color — it never was cooked the right way for this dish. Secondly — they put different noodles there from what you would find in other places. It's a huge noodle which is more for udon then pho bo. Impossible to grab with a stick and tastes different. The broth is just water. I usually never put sauses in the broth that's how good other places cook it. That one was unsavable so even with the souces I just gave up paid and left. By the way to get my hoisin sauce I had to request it and the guy left for 5 mins with another sauce to ask for help, emptied it in front of me and just loaded it with another. They don't even know if they have anything! Spent $20 for nothing and yes they requested me to tip them before I even sat...
