Yani is incredible. From the moment I met her, her warmth and authenticity stood out she doesn’t just do her job, she truly connects with people. I felt seen, heard, and valued in a way that’s rare. What really impressed me was her patience and her ability to handle everything with calm professionalism, even when things got hectic. It’s clear that the team as a whole is amazing everyone I interacted with genuinely cares about creating a positive experience for customers. You can tell they work together seamlessly, and it makes the space feel welcoming and supportive. Yani is a shining example of that, but the whole staff deserves recognition for making the environment so comfortable and uplifting. If you’re looking for a place where the people are as remarkable as the service itself, this is it. Yani and the team go above and beyond in ways that feel sincere and meaningful.

The space is relatively small but relaxing. The staff is warm and courteous and very knowledgeable about colon hydrotherapy. I’m no expert on healthy eating, I eat as I crave but I did learn a thing or two talking to the ladies here. If you’re a first timer, worry not. My hydrotherapist was so personable. A true professional she put me at ease. She was detailed in explaining the process. It wasn’t painful. Mildly uncomfortable at worst. The pace and pressure of the water is well controlled and I left feeling lighter and less bloated. This is a great place to go if you’re feeling bloated, fatigued and need a detox from the melee of burgers you’ve been inhaling [ I did ] or if you want to incorporate one more step into the cleanse you’re on. I’m doing this again because it’s a good way to keep my stomach flat and my bowel movements regular.

My session with Gaya was incredible from start to finish. She has such a calming presence the kind of energy that makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. She explains everything clearly, checks in with you, and moves at a pace that feels respectful and intuitive. Her technique is gentle but so effective. I feel clearer, and honestly renewed. she genuinely cares about your experience and your healing, not just getting you in and out like in other spots I’ve been to in much, Gaya is one of those therapists who doesn’t have to force anything her energy, her professionalism all speak for themselves. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a safe, grounding, and transformative session. I’ll definitely be booking with her again.

Where do I even begin. I had colonics years ago at a boutique holistic spa in the city and it has been on my mind for years to get one again. I called many colon hydrotherapy practices in the city yesterday and ended up coming here despite having to cancel my appointment at a different practice. Cassie took care of me over the phone and couldn’t have been more pleasant, responsive, and went out of her way to accommodate my time preference. I called yesterday on New Year’s Eve and got a same day appointment late in the day when It was most convenient for me, My therapist Red was beyond amazing on every level. She took me right in and started the procedure on me early with out complaining. I had some valid concerns b/c of my past experiences with colonics. I was afraid that I’d have a very awkward and embarrassing issue. Red educated me on how they use a different type of machine/ technology so this wouldn’t possibly happen. Colonics can be very awkward and embarrassing due to the intimacy of the procedure and the technician having to insert the speculum/ tubing into your rectum. How ever I was not in any discomfort at all when Red performed the insertion on me nor did I feel uncomfortable when she was doing this. Red was very therapeutic with me and even utilized therapeutic touch modalities with me which really kept me so calm and relaxed during the procedure and mitigated potential stress and anxiety and other issues. Red had me so relaxed and comfortable that I literally felt like I was given meds to help me relax and like I was under light sedation when in fact I had absolutely nothing in my system/ body. She couldn’t have been and more professional, sweet, and dignifying towards me. She walked me through the entire procedure and beyond. She didn’t rush like the 1 negative review here mentions. In fact she let my body take its course and followed my bodies lead not a strict amount of time for the procedure like other places. She talked me through the entire procedure while she was working on me. She was very accommodating. I was very uncomfortable due to how I was laying on the table. She was more then happy to help me safely readjust my body on the table which made me 100X more comfortable for the remainder of the procedure. When I mentioned to her that I was having mild discomfort a few times she therapeutically put me at ease and assured me that I was fine and in good hands with her. She also didn’t rush me at all after she was finished. She let me take as much time as I needed in order to feel comfortable and confident enough to leave. In fact I think I spent at least 10-20 min right after she removed the tubing from me. Red is much more concerned about me and her patients then making money from selling the procedures. In fact she said coming back to her consistently is advised but how often is less important then being consistent and that she doesn’t want me to struggle financially by coming more frequently then needed. The only negative review on here which was also a one star rating about Red is completely a lie. I refute that review in defense of Red and my experience with her in full confidence. The person saying that she jammed the speculum into their rectum and ended up having to insert it themselves that she caused a medical issue as well as pain is literally impossible to believe. Thank you Red. I am already looking forward to returning to you for my...

When I met Cassie, she not only introduced me to colonics (an option that was recommended by a friend), but she also started me down a path of improved physical and mental health, which, for the last few years, for me was on a sharp decline. Before she started me on colonics, I was extremely unwell in every possible sense of the word. I started out in the beginning of last year with several gastrointestinal problems and food sensitivities, namely to gluten and dairy. I was getting severe migraines, breaking out constantly, and having severe stomach problems and nausea.

Slowly, as I continued seeing her (which I can't stress enough that consistency was essential to the process), my symptoms started to improve and eventually disappear. In addition to the colonics, Cassie gave me a lot of nutritional advice, an area in which she was clearly extremely knowledgeable.

Cassie takes special interest in her clients, cultivates a relationship, and attempts to resolve their problems using both the colonics and her overall knowledge and awareness of both nutrition and the body. Her advice, in tandem with the colonics, became another piece of the healing process for me.

When I was really struggling, it was important to me that any doctor or specialist I saw was not only extremely skilled in their area of expertise, but also made me feel like they were taking a personal interest in my case to the extent of working together with me to alleviate any symptoms I was experiencing. Cassie fits the bill for both and I can't recommend her enough. This review is extremely personal to me as Cassie still plays an enormous role in...

I’ve been going to Colon Therapy NYC for over a year now and I can confidently say it’s the best colonic experience I’ve ever had. Cassie, the owner, is exceptional. She makes the entire experience feel professional and most importantly, so comfortable. She’s warm and welcoming, extremely knowledgeable and thorough, which gave me a feeling of trust and comfort right from the start.

I’ve struggled with digestive issues my whole life, and consistent sessions here have made a measurable difference - I leave each appointment feeling lighter, clearer-headed, and overall just so much better. Cassie also takes the time to explain what’s happening and share helpful tips for ongoing gut health, which has been invaluable.

I’ve tried colonics at other clinics in NYC and elsewhere, but nothing compares to the level of care and thoroughness here. In addition to Cassie, I’ve had sessions with Gaya and Yani, and both are fantastic.

If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, well-run, and truly supportive place for colon therapy, I can’t recommend Colon Therapy NYC enough. Whether you’re dealing with chronic digestive issues or just want to feel your best, this is the...
