I usually have a pleasant visit unless a specific worker is there. I could be spelling it wrong, but I believe his name is Motzul. He is always racist and disrespectful. Just today, after work and movie night we decided to enjoy some tea and naturally my MOTHER had to use the bathroom. The code that was given to her wasn't going through and so she went to him for assistance and he just stood there on his phone and basically told her to keep trying. Time go by and no luck, so i go to ask because she had to go too bad to even move and he does the same again. Finally my male cousin says something and a begger comes in and that's when he sparks into action. This upsets my cousin and he starts yelling because he would rather put in effort to kick someone out then to help slaying customer in need. This results to him immedietly calling the cops as if it's a crime to be upset customers and for extra information he never asked us too leave first. This is not my first rodeo with him. I've even asked him for his name to complain and gave me the manager's name as his own. He has told me that I've been there too long even though it was a person set up to work, literally right next to me before I got there. He even asked my friend why he's being cheap when he buys certain things. That is so rude! I spoke to someone before but I guess they appreciate his rudeness. I don't undreamed what we ever did too become targets. We always respect the business. And we're uber workers, so finding a place to be in, is a necessity. AND I never see him give the bus tour workers any issues. Atleast we actually buy things. So if that's what you are looking for, by all means. In conclusion, I think a 1 star rating is...
Read moreHello New Yorkers, I am here for the B&H 50th anniversary show, Europan cafe is on the way to Javits convention center. I figure if the store is opening for 24 hours, it means the foods and service must meet certain expectation. I plan to grab a coffee and sandwich in case I am force to eat the conference room foods at the exhibit, so I decide to go for a roast beef sandwich, one latte with skinny milk, and one of the chocolate muffin . those are type of comfort foods I enjoy from breakfast to lunch.
I had a sip of the latte, and their espresso percentage is completed off from medium, I can only taste the milk. I speak to myself that I can't let this latte ruin my day, and decide throw it away and buy another startbucks latte to start my day right.
Time flys quickly when introduce the products to strangers. it's already 2:00PM that I am very hungry and ready for roast beef sandwich. the roast beef has all the right combination I enjoy - thin slice of the beef, ciabatta bread, and moist Mayo. when I had first bite and it taste like a card board, and I am not able to chew and break the beef tender. as I am trying very patiently and slowly, the beef tender is unbreakable, but nearly break my jaw. the chocolate chip muffin is very dry, and break into crumb, so it might not blend well from the beginning.
Disregarding the food experience, I still enjoy seeing a very friendly cashier, spacious dine in area at the one of the bustiest street in New York allows the travelers to sit, dine and rest...
Read moreThe most revolting bakery and the worst service I've ever experienced. This location is in Times Square. I'm a baker, and I can tell you that they used cheap cream cheese. This was my first trip to New York, and I couldn't wait to try some New York bakery and cheesecake. And here I was, let down. The cream cheese on the velvet cake has a plastic taste to it. The wretchedest cheesecake I've ever tasted! Even the cheesecake at the Cheesecake Factory restaurant is far superior! The cannoli had a spicy flavor. The nutmeg in the fillings was so strong that it made my throat dry. Their bakeries were very dry and did not taste fresh.
The worst part, however, was the customer service. He yelled at me to hurry up and place my order. Not only did I want to buy the small cookies to go with my cakes for my children. As I was telling him which cookies I wanted, he abruptly cut me off and began yelling that I needed to buy them in dozens or in a large order or else he wouldn't let me buy them.
Furthermore, I overheard him yelling at another customer who had already purchased a slice of cake from him and needed to use the restroom. He began telling him that the bathroom was now closed, but it was only 11:45 p.m., the bakery closes at 12 a.m., and there were still a lot of customers eating in the bakery.
As a result, if I were you, I would save my money and palate by going to a...
