Five Below — Local services in New York

A dapper gentleman like myself tends to visit such an establishment like this every Friday occasionally. Wearing my striped suspenders and bowtie, I can confidently say there are a lot of oddities in this location. First things first, employees. The employees have a tendency to huddle together like they're playing football and talk without doing any work, one of them seems to be doing all of it every time I visit. In the tech section of the place, there's this very strange employee who resembles something of Neptune from the SpongeBob Movie. Rumors say that he crawls around and hides like Gollum in the tech section. I have had the misfortune of visiting this quote on quote "Five Below" on a Saturday. The amount of noise made my hearing aid ring and malfunction from all the screaming children. It was unbelievably crowded to where one would think they are at a concert. Breathing being hard to conduct in an environment such as that. Overall, this is a very disappointing environment to be in, likely as a result of being located near...

Ok, I always go to this store because I like it and I'm always on the lookout for new products! I went on Sunday, May 25th, and I arrived just as they were about to close. I thought they closed later that day since I haven't been there on Sundays. There were a lot of people, so buying a product wasn't going to take me an hour. Still, an employee just chased me to tell me to pay. So I just went to the checkout. I'm pregnant, and sometimes I have a bad time because my blood pressure drops to the point where I almost faint. I paid as best I could at the self-service. And I struggled to go down the escalator because at that moment I didn't even remember the elevator. I was alone, and my vision was blurry. I wanted to sit down for a minute (AGAIN, THERE WERE A LOT OF PEOPLE STILL PAYING), and the employee at the door was very rude when she kicked me out, as if I were homeless. I ONLY ASKED FOR A MINUTE. I was about to faint, and this person couldn't have had a bit of empathy. They should give psychological tests to the...

Rude associates, employees just standing around I guess watching to see if people steal, but at the same time when customers are present no one willing to help. My cashier was awesome but the rest of the associates is pointless! We made various purchase from this location. Waited down stairs in lobby with a toddler while our Uber arrive a man came down stairs told us we had to leave out we couldn’t stand in lobby area. It was no one in lobby area but me & my children. A man kick us out said he was told by someone upstairs I’m guessing the manager on duty said we couldn’t stand in lobby area. I politely told him that if I knew this was the level of customer services I was going receive I would’ve never Patronize this store 08117, not sure if all “New Yorkers” are rude like this but as an tourist I would never shop at this...
