There's a new employee with light green eyes who's rude and lacks customer service. I went in there to buy a canned soda I didn't realize it was frozen until I opened it. I tried to go back to ask him to change it and right away he got defensive saying it wasnt his fault. I was very polite and said I didn't blame him but I just want to exchange it. He continued to say its not his fault what do I want him to do??? Lol I didn't stay to argue over $1.50. Such a stupid interaction that will sadly have a negative effect on this business. I guess It's no longer anyone's job to check the temperature of the refrigerators. We must know how to differentiate between frozen and cold. If it's frozen this man expects you to ask for a non frozen one that they keep in the back, per the employee. Sounds like they deliberately are freezing their drinks to steal...
