Homemade Taqueria Jamaica — Restaurant in New York

I usually come here all the time because the food is good but today it wasn’t. Cashier would NOT put her phone down and I was standing there waiting to order for about 5 minutes (yes I said something to let her know I was in front of her, no she did not notice.) THEN she messed up the order: I order 3 birria tacos with consome and she charged me for quesabirria and then called me back to charge me 10 more dollars for her own mistake. Then the chef obviously started making the quesabirria already, so after I paid again and the issue was resolved, INSTEAD of making my actual order (birria tacos) he simply took the quesabirria he was already making and split it up into 3 “tacos” and we got old consome full of fat and random meat and the tacos had no onion, cilantro, or any of the sides except limon. Food is good but the service is bad the lady at the front is careless and with a attitude. She always forgets to put any sauce for the food even when I request sauces she just ties up the bag and gives it the food like that how am I supposed to eat mexican food with no sauce? Everytime I come shes always on her cell phone talking. I came in today after calling for pick up I showed up 30 minutes after calling because they always say the food will be ready in 10 to 15 minutes but thats never the case . Once I arrived she said my food wasn't ready but didnt even let me explain to her what my order was because like always she's too bussy talking on the phone I waited 10 minutes just for her to come and ask me what did I order, once I told her she said oh its ready and proceeds to give me a bag that was on the counter the whole time! Managment needs to step up and do something about their workers this lady is just being payed to be on her personal phone and...

The food was great, but the customer service was even better! There was a beautiful woman in there named Vanessa who took my order, and she was as polite and professional as can be. She didn't rush me while I was looking over the menu for a good while, suggested multiple different dishes that she thought I would like, and was very eager to make sure that I was pleased and satisfied with the experience, but most of all, she was very friendly, and I appreciated that greatly. Probably the best customer service I've ever received. As for the place itself, it had a very homelike and intimate atmosphere since the place wasn't very large which I think is nice.
