The food is spectacular! Has a "home cooked" feel to it. The service is great considering that they get slammed. The pricing is fantastic given the superb taste of the food. We were recommended to come here by the Lyft driver that brought us into the area when we came to NYC for vacation. Let's put it this way...for the next 3 days we returned for our breakfast. When you come in for breakfast ask for "Tres Golpes". It's basically a sampler of Mangu, chorizo and salami with a fried egg and sweet pickled red onions. Some of the worst customer service imaginable, the employees of this establishment treat their customers with little to no respect. Excuse me for being so blunt, but if you're not fluent in Spanish then you're in for a long wait. The food itself is great and that's why people put up with their customer service or lack their of customer service.

I advise you call in for pickup and come prepared for a wait.

The food is great when they get the order correct. So far they're 3 for 3 on giving the wrong order. Today I got chicken instead of fish. I dont want the delivery people going back and forth because of someone else's mistake. I also don't want to wait another 40 minutes. I called to have the order corrected and was told I ordered chicken and that a new delivery would be an additional $3, when I already paid for what I actually ordered and we gave an $8 tip.
