I should have known not to go into this place when I saw 0 customers. I asked for a pedicure and I’m not sure what it is Michael thought he was doing. It is my understanding that a pedicure involves cutting off toenails, filing them. Removing any toe jam, cutting the cuticles and smoothing & buffing the toenails. Also, any professional pedicurist would feel the skin for and hard callus areas and pumice the area. I sat there without any soaking he started my pedicure and in 7 minutes was ready to put lotion on my feet. I didn’t even get to turn on the massage chair. He asked if I wanted a second coat of watered down nail polish…. I looked at my feet and wanted to kick him in the face. The first coat was sloppy and desperately needed a second coat and you have to ask me if I want one???? All their customers are to them ….. are $ dollar signs. They take no pride in their work. I will Never step foot in this place again. This treatment reflects how they feel about...

Wasn’t going to leave a review, but here I am. Came here to get dip powder nails removed and instead of filing down the nails and soaking them like everywhere else does, the lady took a nail extension and shoved it under the polish that was lifting and manhandled me until the polish popped off. I repeatedly told her it hurt and she just laughed and said “I know” and continued to do it. My nails are now more damaged, I’m still in pain a day later, and the nails are so sensitive with bruising under the nail to the point that it hurts to wash my hands with warm water. If I wanted to just rip off the powder, I could have done that at home and without the pain. She also “shaped” my nails after but maybe stopped part of the way through? Because they looked horrendous and I had to refile them when I got home.

It was terrible keep in mind I’m a nail tech and I do my own nails but this occasion I decided to go get them done for a spa I went in I gave my own nail file cuz they do reuse nail files then we did the feet he did a straight line I told him to fix it he did then we move to the hands this is where it gets bad when I tell u the application was bad it was so bad I ask them where’s the apex he hade no idea what I was talking about if u went to school for nails they teach u that when I tell u the played with my hands they chewed girl then he filed my skin off I have a hole on the side of my nail he never put me in the dryer and the nail paint ended up chipping and I told them to leave the nails with nothing I Originally asked for French tip on my Hands and feet and he charged 108$for crap he...
