If I could give no stars I would. I ordered a cheesesteak Combo. Upon receiving my order I was given no napkins and I wanted more ketchup the clerk behind the register was preparing other others. I asked can I please have more napkins and ketchup. The guy caught a nasty attitude while preparing other orders and said “I already gave you ketchup it’s in the bag if you wanted more I would have to charge you next time”. I told him he has horrible customer service and I left the ketchup there and told him I would be writing a bad review. He may be having a bad day idk but I would not go here if you want pleasant...

Wish I could give no stars!! Over cooked Stromboli, rock hard! Over cooked, burnt taste Onion Rings. Calzone was very greasy & only ricotta cheese. They forgot to deliver my garlic knots. Gave them a call and the man on the phone was ver rude and disrespectful even yelling at me on the phone. Told me I was trying to get free food, he's not sending someone all the way to me for just garlic knots that I paid for. This has happened to us not once but twice. No respect, no manners, very unprofessional. Never ordering from there again. Health department needs to pay a visit as well after other reviews...

Ngl I thought this place would be better, the food was cold and hot at the same time, he had to reheat the food in a microwave even though it was on a hot plate?? Then the samosa was burnt, tasted stale, and I couldn't even stomach it. The tray we got was MID.
