Chili Nail Salon — Local services in New York

I am very upset! This establishment is unprofessional and nasty. The owner MONICA nicks people, cuts a clients finger and then has the nerve to want to get angry with the client. WHO ARE YOU??? Are you running a business or a circus???

I went in to get my nails done yesterday, 7/6 and I got a Mani/Pedi from Kathie and had a marvelous experience per usual. But today, my mom goes in and decided to give the owner MONICA a try to do her nails. Monica as per my mom, cut my mother, was rushing and when my mother voiced her concerns she got a nasty attitude and stood up and said she would not be finishing the service.

How do you make the error and get on the customer MONICA!!! You have some nerve to treat a customer in such a nasty manner!! People use their hard earned money to give YOU a job and this is how you ACT?!?! What is going on with you??? You finished the service but it is still terrible. I saw the cut you left on my mothers finger and I am disgusted. I have been coming to the building where your shop is for over 20 years even though the shop has changed hands several times. We have never experienced service like this. Any friends I have, I will tell them not to go to YOU. The ONLY reason, that you will get any of my money is because I love your nail tech Kathie and she is amazing and professional. Be humble and learn that...

Horrible,Horrible!..Do Not let this woman do your nails!.I had a UV Acrylic gel manicure $85.00 by owner Monica.The owner Monica is extremely unprofessional. Rushed thru the process and cut my thumb deeply, uneven painted surfaces and lumpy shaped underneath nails. When I complained about her service she responded in a nasty & rude manner. This was hands down the worst nail experience I ever had! The best manicurist in this place is Catie! DO NOT LET MONICA TOUCH YOU...I'm praying I don't get...

ZERO.... Absolutely horrid. An old man did my feet, seems like he wanted to clip toenails down to the cuticle. He got upset when I said said ouch. He proceeded to speak in his native tongue, in a very unpleasant tone to a sweet granny. She took over and did my Mani as best she could. Now, I was reminded why I shy away from these places.
