To begin, we'd want to express our gratitude to Ms. Danni, the most gorgeous, great, and outstanding woman on the planet. Thank you so much for welcoming our family into The Learning Ladder. In July 2021, I called The Learning Ladder for my 3-year-old daughter and requested Ms. Danni, and speaking with her made me feel like this is my baby's second home. Ms. Danni made me feel so at ease right there that I felt as if I had known her since I was a child. She arranged for us to visit the school and have a tour. When we arrive, her lovely daughter, Ms. Ebony, greets us and shows us around the hold school. The holding school is immaculately clean, well-kept, and reeks of newness. Ms. Ebony was quite pleasant and friendly to us. Our daughter adores the school, which she refers to as "the red school." Our daughter began in September 2021 and has never cried since. I was telling Ms. Danni how anxious I was because it was her first day of school and she had never left our sight. "Don't worry, mom and dad," Ms. Danni assured us, "we will take excellent care of your baby." Every day, we will send you updates and images on Brightwheel so you can see how your baby is doing. On her first day of school, after dropping her off and waiting a few minutes, I desperately wanted to phone Ms. Danni to check on her. I told myself not to call yet because I wanted to see what was said to me and if the provider would follow through on her commitment. My baby images were sent to us about 8:08 a.m., and she was very happy and smiling in the kitchen playing. We were overjoyed to see her so relaxed while playing without her mommy and daddy. I immediately message Ms. Danni to express our delight at the learning atmosphere she has provided for the children in our neighborhood. "She really, really loves the red school," our baby told us that she adores Ms. Danni because she is very sweet and pretty”. Our daughter informed us that Ms. Cherry is very wonderful to her because one day she was eating a strawberry and it became stale, so Ms. Cherry gave her a new strawberry, which made her very happy." "Ms. Dejah is so lovely to her," our daughter continued, "because she offered her favorite page to color with all of her favorite colors." Ms. Ebony, according to our daughter, is very lovely to her because she assists her in putting on her jacket ". From the bottom of our hearts, we want to express our gratitude to all of the Learning Ladder staff for their patience and kindness towards our wonderful young girl; may the Lord continue to bless you for your goodness. There is a safe, clean, and educational facility for kids at The Learning Ladder for all the parents out there. If you are a parent looking for a reliable, clean, safe, and nurturing environment for your child look no further. This is a reliable facility and their hours are especially useful for working parents, they are open from 7am-6pm Monday-Friday. The facility does not currently offer any part-time care for 2-3 year old. But they do offer after school for any children in elementary school. The director is a former educator and she has hired some wonderful staff, who take early childhood education seriously. The children are exposed to a wide variety of activities: meeting firemen to learn about fire safety, learning about different careers, learning to play soccer, going on trips to the zoo, dancing, story time, engaging in hands-on activities daily, etc… The facility is clean and safe, the staff is constantly cleaning surfaces and toys. When the weather permits, the children have access to the yard. They are able to have outdoor time with a wide range of toys. The staff is very understanding with any dietary restrictions that your child may have. They are extremely accommodating and will take the time to make sure your needs are met for your child’s dietary intake. The facility is still a small setting with each group not exceeding 8 children. It feels like your child is at their second home. The children are well behaved and the staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The facility uses the brightwheel app, where videos, pictures, and parental updates are ongoing. It always brightens my day to receive a notification and see my child’s smile and puts me at ease knowing that she’s safe and happy. Being an educator myself, I know how important it is to know that your child is being taken care of by people who love and care about their well-being. I love this place and so does my son. As a single parent I deeply appreciate the staff being nice, understanding and caring, and the Director of The Learning Ladder, Ms. Danni, really cares about the children and works with the parents. I’m grateful for their hours as well, a facility opened for 12 hours really helps especially since not everyone works a 9-5 job. The facility is well thought of. My son is happy and that makes me a happy parent. The staff is amazing with so much heart and caring mindset. It’s wonderful seeing my son get excited about going to daycare/preschool here. My son is only 2 years old and he has improved so much. I love that he is socializing with other kids his age. He has so much fun. The teachers really make an effort to engage the kids and develop them in a very individualized way. Everything is always neat, clean and tidy. The activities and the communication is wonderful. I appreciate the brightwheel app. I love getting pictures while at work. The management is really committed to providing a safe, fun, and loving environment and we’re very thankful to Ms. Danni and the whole team at The Learning Ladder. I would recommend this place...
