Front lady: HATED her service! My friend called her to order but she hung up the moment my friend said she's looking at the menu as she's ordering. My friend called back again and she was rude asking her if she's ready to complete her order. My friend said to cancel whatevershe ordered so far. I called back and ordered everything but had to call back again to tell her about the sauces I wanted. The moment I called back she asked me rudely, "you called again??" A customer can't call back or something? When I told her the amount of sauces, she said she's going to charge me for the sauces because it was apparently a lot. I laughed and asked her what's the max amount of sauces one can order with one item because I ordered a LOT of food. Then, she came to her senses after going back and forth. It's sad that reviewers give low ratings just because of the behavior of an employee at restaurants. Please learn better customer service and learn to give priorities to everyone. Hopefully I'll be able to give better stars some other time.

Food: regular chinese food but halal ... that's literally it. I was not a big fan of their fried rice at all but the other stuff was not bad and...

This is the second time when I ordered food, I found metal string that they clean pots with in my food. First time when when I ordered beef fried rice they had a long metal string in my food. I was so hungry and was eating my food so fast that I missed the metal string until it got caught in my teeth and scratched my gum. I complained to the owner and they said “oh it’s probably the sponge they clean with and it was left behind”. This is unacceptable!! What if I swallowed that metal string? I still forgave them and they re did my order. Once again today I found similar metal string in my food today. I am so upset that they didn’t change their behavior. It made me feel like my first incident was meaningless. I called the owner again and complained about it. They apologized and redid my order. There aren’t many authentic Halal Chinese options unless it’s a fusion, so we’ve been getting takeouts from here lately. The staff is great, and the prices are great. Hard to find parking in the area, so I suggest ordering for pickup. You can park in front, run in and pick it up. Besides, it’s really a pickup place.

We got the special combination dinner which come with either a spring roll or a can soda for ~$10. We got shrimp with broccoli, hunan beef with string beans, and szechuan chicken with mixed vegetables. The classic shrimp with broccoli is always good.
