Their food is sometimes delicious, sometimes not worth the prices they charge. Their delivery guys are mostly rude demanding a tip; even holding on to your change until you say something. Rarely giving you a chance to give them the tip. Today, one of their delivery guys text my phone; after my daughter had gone down to him to receive the food, Saying "next time go pick up your own food, I earn tip". I found that to be rude and disrespectful being that I've been ordering from them for 19yrs, (mostly big orders) and I do tip most of the time. I called Happy Fortune to let them know and the woman basically took up for him saying "wouldn't you want a tip?" I was very appalled and told her that I couldn't believe that she is condoning his behavior. The driver gets paid whether I tip or not and if its one of his requirements then he should talk to his employer about making a tip mandatory. Even bartenders have to serve drinks (do their job) tip or not; and Im pretty sure I'm not the only person who doesn't tip ALL the time. Is he going to text all the othe non tippers too. Smh. I WILL NEVER ORDER/EAT FROM THERE AGAIN and I will make sure no one I know eats...

Having a bad day is understandable, I will deal with the attitude once. Sadly, every single time that I have ordered there recently we have to deal with her acting like she is doing us the favor by working there.
Last time I visited she made an error and was screaming at my mother in front of the entire restaurant. I had to come in to correct the issue, when she realized that she was wrong she did not even apologize. She sheepishly handed us the order.
Today when we ordered she hung up after we asked a simple question, she didnāt even tell us how long our order will take. I will never give this restaurant my business again- if this is the person that you chose to be the face of your business, you may want to reevaluate every single business decision you have ever made, because i guarantee we will not be the only customers turned a off by the awful...

I placed an order anyway, specifying No Vegtable, which she repeated back to me. About 50 minutes later, I received my order, clearly with Vegtable and called them back to let them know. Same girl (Francesca might be her name) continued with her attitude, even more nasty than before. Twice she told me that she KNEW I didn't tell her no veg, then she told me to look at the receipt (where it actually said no veg!) and then somehow told me that there was veg in what I received. I asked if she would like me to send her a picture, at which point she started yelling to the chef who confirmed what I was saying and told me they would send me another one. Never actually preferred to eat the wrong order, but wouldn't put it past this girl to do something to my food so here I am. Second time I ordered from them, second time received an attitude and an hour wait for subpar Chinese food. Never...
