A hidden gem in Brooklyn heights. I was pleasantly surprised to find this small, mom and Pop restaurant, but was even more surprised with how delicious the food was. It was just one person behind the counter and the prices were very affordable. The food was well seasoned, delicious, and had the home cooked feeling. The lentil soup was delicious as well as the hummus. But the falafel‘s were amazing. I’ve honestly never had such good falafel: moist, but crunchy and flakey. Perfectly salted. You didn’t need to eat it with anything. Well executed. I definitely recommend this place to all and will be back here soon.

I do not know why it even has Falafel in it's name, with it being one of the most uninspiring, dare I say worst falafels I might've ever had. Falafel itself was mushy-mealy with no spice or flavor to it at all. Slapped in a sad dry fragile pita with only sad lettuce, sad tomates and a sauce that's closer to skimmed milk than anything else I could ever think of. All at a price of $4, which wouldn't have been bad if this wasn't a sub $1 Falafel. On a positive note, the staff is indifferent in a nice way.

Chicken shawarma plate was delicious! We asked for a side of pita bread. My friend and I came a little before closing and the owner was an absolute sweetheart making friendly conversation and joking around with us. He gave us a piece of the baklava and falafel to try - the baklava wasn’t too sweet which I liked and the falafel was also yummy and had a nice crunch on the outside and soft inside. Definitely want to try the falafel sandwich next time!

This place is incredible. The food here is immaculate, the menu a rich offering of freshly cooked, and refreshingly affordable, middle eastern cuisine, some of the most authentic, and delicious of its kind. Eating here is a joy: the interior is complete with a modest set-up, always warm from the grill, in front of which you'll often find the delightful owner. Displayed near the register is an array of treats, dips, and sauces, all to die for. If you're looking for a picnic, the location is right near the promenade, where the views of Manhattan will only make the food taste better. I've been here time and again, with family and friends, and I always leave wishing I had ordered more food, because it's...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Heights Falafel in Brooklyn, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. What stood out the most during my visit was their incredible falafel.

The falafel at Heights Falafel is nothing short of amazing. Each bite was a delightful explosion of flavors and textures. The falafel balls were perfectly crispy on the outside, with a warm and fluffy interior that had just the right balance of spices.

The pita bread that accompanied the falafel was soft and fresh, and the accompanying tahini sauce was rich and creamy.

Highly...
