Taco Bell — Restaurant in New York

The food at this location is decent and the staff is neutral. The moment I stepped into this place I immediately found myself sticking to the floor. There was no portion of this place that did not have a sticky floor. I placed my order and waited for them to prepare my food. While I was waiting, I had the privilege of watching a homeless man walked in and begin to dig through the garbage until he found a cup (he was digging for about a minutes), He then proceeded to go to the soda machine and fill his dirty cup with soda, then he grabbed a soda cover and a straw (with he's dirty, food covered hand), and walked out of this place. The only issue with the atmosphere are the vagrants that stand outside and bother everyone as they go in and out of the establishment. What I can say about the staff is that NONE OF THEM SPEAK ENGLISH, they barely speak English, they don't even know the simple menu of the said place they work at. Why are all the staff Spanish speaking natives? That's ridiculous. It takes everyone double or triple the time just to communicate and order what they want. PLEASE HIRE ENGLISH SPEAKING STAFF, PLEASE. This is getting ridiculous. I shouldn't have to be using Google Translate to show them their own menu items.

When I tell you I ordered the simplest thing from this location, they literally made two tacos and a burrito with no meat; did not advise me at all, if this issue and sent our the order just like that, without one of the main ingredients? I get times are rough but if this is your job, work at your job? Like if you have to cancel an order cancel it, but why disrespect someone who’s basically funding not only YOUR workplace but ultimately stimulating your checks and pockets.
