My recent visit to the Burger King on E 174th Street left much to be desired. Opting for online ordering to minimize human interaction, I arrived to find the establishment strangely empty, with only a couple of staff members visible. Despite the lack of customers, the atmosphere felt eerie.
Upon approaching the counter to pick up my order, I received no greeting from the employee. When I inquired about my order number 17, the response was curt and devoid of any warmth or politeness. The staff member seemed disinterested and unengaged, making the experience even more unpleasant.
To my dismay, the drink I ordered was not available as advertised - there was no ice or fruit punch. When I requested a replacement with pink lemonade, the employee's reaction was one of annoyance and disbelief, as if my request was unreasonable. The transaction was completed with a noticeable lack of courtesy or gratitude.
Inspecting my order, I discovered that the three condiments I had paid for were missing. Returning to the counter, I had to ask for them, only to be met with a brusque "what do you want?" response. The interaction felt rushed and lacking in basic customer service etiquette.
In conclusion, my experience at this Burger King location was disappointing and frustrating. The lack of hospitality, the errors in fulfilling my order, and the overall subpar customer service left much to be desired. I hope that the staff at this establishment can improve their communication and service skills to provide a more positive experience for customers in the future.

I’m deeply disappointed by yet another poor experience at this location, specifically with the same employee who has previously shown a dismissive and petulant attitude toward customers. During today’s visit, I politely asked for my mobile order to be corrected, and instead of receiving basic courtesy, I was met with visible irritation and rudeness.
What made the situation even more frustrating was that the employee appeared to be in the middle of a personal phone call—clearly using an AirPod—while attempting to “assist” me. This undoubtedly contributed to her lack of attention and poor attitude. If employees are prioritizing personal conversations during working hours, it’s no wonder customer service is suffering.
I’ve since read several other reviews describing the same behavior from what I suspect is the same employee. It’s clear I’m not the only one encountering this issue, which makes it even more concerning that no corrective action seems to have been taken yet.
To be clear, the food itself was fresh and delicious—no complaints there. But the overall experience is completely soured by rude, inattentive customer service. I told her my original order was 1 cheeseburger instead of two. Knowing that I’m using my coworkers money for her specific order I knew for sure I said 1. This woman argued me down that I order two burger. I told her that I wasn’t going to argue with her and simple asked her to take off one of the burgers. She rolled her eyes and used her personal cell phone to call someone speaking in Spanish. This woman proceeded to snatch my receipt for me canceled the whole order and gave me all my money back instead of simply taking off 1 of the burgers!
