Extremely Poor Service Experience at Inca Paisa. I recently visited Inca Paisa restaurant with high hopes and an appetite for a delicious meal. Unfortunately, my dining experience was overshadowed by the extremely poor service that I received. From start to finish, it was evident that the staff seemed disinterested, almost as if they couldn't wait to clock out and leave. Throughout the entire meal, I had to repeatedly ask the servers for basic items that were either missing or forgotten. It was frustrating and took away from the enjoyment of the meal. They showed a lack of attention and never bothered to check-in with our table to ensure everything was going well. Adding insult to injury, I noticed some of the servers were eating their meals instead of attending to the customers. This lack of professionalism left me astounded. It's disheartening to witness such a disregard for customer service and common courtesy.

Overall, I must say that the service at Inca Paisa was absolutely abysmal. The staff appeared miserable and uninterested in providing a pleasant dining experience. It's disappointing to see a restaurant with such potential fall short due to their service quality. I sincerely hope that they address these issues and strive to improve in the future.
