My wife got the chicken tikka pasta, I got the manchurian biryani, and we had the mango lassi. All the dishes were so amazing! The highest compliment I have for this restaurant is that all the food tastes homemade. The owners, a husband and wife couple from India and Pakistan, respectively, are so kind and welcoming. The food is all halal, so it is Muslim-friendly. And they are also very open to accommodating all dietary restrictions (I am vegan so they made the manchurian veggie biryani for especially for me).
Sadly, this restaurant is struggling from financial pressures and if the community does not start supporting them soon then the restaurant will close. If you are in the area, please stop by. Read moreThis spot right by the Nostrand Ave A stop might be my new favourite Indian/Pakistani food joint in Brooklyn. The menu is....huge, with ample vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.

The snacks come with an amazing coriander chutney that is a must try, and the special mango lassi is a great way to cap off the meal. Everything we had was really flavorful, prepared fresh with an authentic homely taste, often missing from other Indian places in New York.
The couple were truly exceptional hosts, checking in on us regularly and engaging us in warm conversation that made us feel welcomed and loved. Definitely look forward to...

Walking home around 10pm one evening I was wishing there were more quality late night food options in the neighborhood when I saw Asian flavors and decided to give it a try and am so glad I did! The dal tadkha was tasty and the perfect spice level, and the couple who owns and runs the place was so sweet and (deservedly) proud of their business. I liked it so much I brought my boyfriend there just a few days later, and was a bit nervous that he wouldn't like it as much as I did. But I had no need to worry, he raved about his lamb schwarma and went back without me a few days later! I also got the dal palak and garlic naan and it was another hit. I'm so happy to have Asian Flavors in the neighborhood and hope they are here for a...
