Jentana's — Restaurant in New York

The food is ok, nothing special and similar to most local Pizza Shops, I never leave reviews but I had such a terrible experience with whoever takes the orders over the phone and speaks with people. I ordered a grilled chicken Cesar salad on EAT24 dot com and when it arrives a see to Cesar dressing and the salad is not even a Cesar. So I call to let this person who was a woman know that I got the wrong salad and if I can have it replaced. With a nasty attitude she says I did something wrong when I ordered and I never ordered a Cesar... I'm telling this woman politely that I can show you my EAT24 order online where it clearly shows what I ordered. She says to me I must have messed something up or there's something wrong with my computer? All I wanted was for her to say no problem we will exchange the salad but instead she tries to argue with me over the phone that she is correct and I am wrong. I will never order from this place again, such nasty service and so rude.. I...

I had a brain tumor surgery and they know exactly what I was going through because the owners wife is nosey when you're a regular. I went in to purchase food; they ignored me 4xs. I was real sick and shouldn't had been outside as is, but I wanted a slice. Other customers came in they kept ignoring me so I caught attitude said forget the food you didn't make me, then left. I proceeded to go eat at the corner store, disgusting, but at least they serve me, ate in the store cause I was starving. Been going here since I was a kid. I always love their food. The chicken parm and even the grilled chicken gyro is my go to. Delicious and always fresh made upon your order. Always fresh and quickly made. The owners are so warm and friendly. Always greeting us and being a neighborhood pizzeria they know their customers and build a friendship that makes their pizzeria even more enjoyable to visit besides getting amazing food. Right across from a public school and 2 blocks from a hospital, the place is alway busy but the atmosphere is fun and enjoyable.
