Bora Bora Smoothie Cafe - Fort Hamilton — Restaurant in New York

I am a regular customer and come here for snacks at least 3/4 times a week no issues with food or customer service previous to this situation. I came in Thursday 10/02/2025 for my usual order of mini crepes, I had thought I requested take out on the self service ordering machine but when I got my order the waiter claimed I picked dine in, the employee proceeded to make faces at me like I was stupid after showing me the recipe saying it was dine in, I apologies and asked if i can get it to go, I got no response and the employee walked away and took 10m to get my order. Once I got my order I had a thought to open up and check my order and it was all mushed and sloppy not how it was usually prepared or presented. I understand this situation was different but the employee did not handle me or the situation correctly and I believe he made it sloppy on purpose out of spite. I requested to get them re made because I paid for this item and I know how it is made and I always make sure to tip because of the good customer service. The other employee I assume manager on duty was very nice and understanding and had no hesitation in remaking the order for me and made no faces or silence towards me. After waiting another 20 minutes my order was ready the rude employee did not bring it to me like every other employee does he called my name and threw the bag on the table and walked away without greeting or apologizing. Everytime I come here it’s always good experience until that one day with that new employee , today I came in aswell 10/06/2025 and the same rude employee greeted me with sarcasm making sure I clicked the right button this time, not in a friendly way but in a rude manner/tone. 3 days in a row my daughter and I have bought food from here and I can honestly say legit, EVERYTHING they make here is delicious! The crepes are to die for! You need to try them. The drinks are perfectly refreshing and everything is made fresh from scratch nothing is old or leftover. The ambience is super chill and cute with nice music to vibe out to. Not to mention as well the customer service is on par, every single person who has served us there has been so Friendly with a beautiful smile and heart. This place is exceptional and deserves every ounce of credit and praise it gets! I went there tonight to get crepes again as my daughter was craving them. I was greeted by a beautiful sweet girl named shysta, ( i probably spelled that wrong) her conversation and recommendations were awesome. She recommended the lychee lemonade and it was delicious!
