I wanna write a bad review and have my reasons to take down this place . This was a few days ago, not today just to let you know. Here's what happened : So basically, me and my mom were hungry so we decided to eat at 3 in 1 kitchen, as we were looking for something to eat, a guy.. I don't know if he's the owner or something either way. He was on the phone doing something like calling someone, while he was on the call my mom wanted a salad and she told the man that she wanted the salad ,( by the way she doesn't speak English that well ) when she asked him it was after he was done with his call he had to make, I noticed that he wasn't even paying attention to my mom and he wasn't even on call or doing anything! He was acting as if we weren't there! He finally noticed us after I said hello with a tone. My mom then told him that she wanted the salad again. He started to try to speak Spanish since she sounded as if she didn't speak it well, and then I understood that he was trying to help her with ordering her food. ( That was a mistake ) Later she ate her food and when I was gonna get a drink for her and me as I overheard a conversation with the same man with the men at the grill that were making a sandwich, they were making fun of my mom's Spanish and how she sounded so stupid . I was furious but didn't say anything, I told my mom and she just said to ignore it but I couldn't. Than when I payed for the drink ( the drink was $2.50 ) that man at the cashier had the balls of charging me $4.50 instead!! And I know he saw my shirt on the Mexican flag and I bet that's why he charged me an extra $2.00 . This store is absolutely disgusting and harsh, I don't understand how people can eat here. Read moreI hope the owner of 3in1 sees this post. I have to say that I am very disappointed by the poor level of customer service that I received from Maggie today at 3In1 Kitchen. Mind you I am a regular at this place. I eat here all the time or at least I used too. Here is what happened. I called this morning to have breakfast delivered. I placed an order that totaled $7.25. Maggie says you have to order something else if you want the food delivered. I said why? How much is the minimum for delivery? She says $7.00. I say...okay how much is my order? She says $7.25. I say... okay I meet minimum so why cant you deliver the food? She says...Because it is really busy right now so unless you order over $10 I cant send it to you. She says...just order something else...like a water or anything else. So I said...so you are basically telling me that unless I add $3.00 more to my order you will not delivery it that does not seem fair considering I meet the minimum for delivery. I say...Do you think its right that you are making me spend $3.00 more of food than I want or need. She says... sorry I only have one delivery guy. Then she says...you know what if you want to wait and can send you the food if I get another delivery in that direction. I say...so you are telling me I would have to wait until some one else orders food and wait until that order is in my general direction all with no guarantee that my food will come is that correct? She says yes. I said it okay. Thank you please cancel the order. I hung up with her I walk over to my kitchen and made my own breakfast and you guys just lost a sale of $7.25. Actually you lost much more than this because I will be taking my future business to your competitors...
Read moreRACIST ACTIONS on this trip I entered the store and stood in front of the sandwich table to place an order..to my immediate left was a Caucasian male to my right was another Caucasian male while I, an African American male, was waiting my turn...a male from being the counter, who later identified himself as the manager ( who I found is the owner) asked the first man if he needed help. The gentleman told him no. He then proceeded to walk pass me and ask the other gentleman to my right if he needed help...feeling slated I informed that I was next...he told one of the other gentleman behind the counter...he was now busy and instructed them to help me....I voiced my issue with him regarding his actions ...I was offered a half of an apology with an excuse that I called next. 10 outta 10 will...
