I ordered from here several times before and I always get the chicken soup. It usually has chicken, broth, vegetables, and noodles. This time it had a piece of a potato chicken and a lot of broth and literally nothing else. They sent white rice on the side, perhaps expecting me to use that for noodles. I called them and they hung up on me 4 times before I even barely got to talk. When I finally did get to speak to someone, I asked why the soup didn’t have as much ingredients because I was just curious if they changed their recipe, and the lady answers me and says I’m sorry you don’t get vegetables or noodles with this soup, which is untrue because I’ve literally ordered this multiple times before. She then says “I’m sorry Mi amor” and disconnect the call while I’m still talking. I’m not sure what’s going on with the customer service here, but if they are out of ingredients, I completely understand that. However, hanging up on people is not acceptable. I won’t be ordering from here again. Customer service...

The Food was good, I can’t take that away HOWEVER I ordered rabo and their portion its $15. I was good with the price since I know rabo its not cheap. When I checked the receipt (see the picture) I saw they charged $5 fee for “Open food” I thought it was a mistake charge, when I asked one of the ladies explained that the charge for open food its when you order something from the menu and not from the food that its already prepared. SO BE AWARE, IF YOU ORDER ANYTHING FROM THE MENU, YOU WILL BE CHARGED SOME NONSENSE $5 in addition to the price of the food. Jorges used to be good, the people would come here for the good environment, good service, good food, and reasonable prices. Its time to find another good spot in the neighborhood. Won’t be coming here again, you lost a customer as of today for some nonsense charge that I never heard of. I don’t like funny places that have hidden fees. Now they have some new young girls that are rude and act like you come to ask...

This place has excellent food and the service is good however, few visits that I have gone here, I have been overcharged for typical same meals that I order. Last night I had dinner with my daughter here , we ordered the same meals, Shrimp Mofongo and Malta. When we were done with dinner we got the check and it was $63 dollars with the tax, and there was no gratuity added. I had seen the menu prior and clearly the price on the menu for this dish was $18.95 and Malta $3. There was no way possible that for two meals and two beverages this bill would run $63 with the tax included and no gratuity added prior. I was overcharged and basically ripped off. I’m Not sure if I will continue to go back to this place given that they’re not honestly charging the prices they advertise. The food and friendly service may be good but overcharging and robbing people for that service...
