We found this place on accident last night. We parked our car in front and heard music. We went over and asked them what time they were closing, and to our surprise, they mentioned they were open 24 hours. In a place where there are fast food spots on every corner, that was refreshing to know that you can get fresh juices/smoothies at any time with them. The service: it was amazing. We were actually parking to go get food from another spot when we found this place. We told them this, and one of the guys quickly told us that we were more than welcome to get our food and eat it in the patio they have in the back. Normally, food spots don't allow for outside foods, and they exhibit great hospitality, and it was appreciated. The atmosphere: it is such a cute location. Their patio is colorful, vibrant, and has some cats. That isn't far off since they also have a cat adoption center. In the patio, they have the entrance to their store. This store has fresh fruits, veggies, and other items that can be purchased. All in all, this place was filled with surprises. Now the drinks: We ordered 3 drinks. The Tropical, The Green Detox, and The Russian Yellow. All were DELICIOUS. The tropical was done with light ice, and I sort of regret that decision cause if the smoothie was good lukewarm, I can't even imagine it cold. Used to come here for the Mommy shake which I found was quite good, however I refuse to come back to this place after I ordered an açaí bowl there. The açaí was the color of raspberry and tasted absolutely artificial, it was horrible! I complained to one of the young women who work there and she obnoxiously attempted to insult my intelligence saying that their products are all high quality and that my problem was that I did not have the ability to comprehend that their food was good. She stated that they have cameras and that everything is being watched which has nothing to do with where their products come from and their quality. She further talked down to me and insulted me saying I had no ability to appreciate their products and could not comprehend things again. I told her that I would leave a one star review and she did not care one bit. I asked for my money back and she refused to give it back. I told her that this is not the way to treat their customers and that they had horrible customer service and that they mistreat their patrons and that this was not right. She was obnoxious and condescending more than once. I have been mistreated like this only in very low level places, and now I am concluding that this one has to be added that list. I want my money back, the açaí bowl, with very poor quality ingredients went into the garbage. They have new young workers now and the drinks have been horrible. I have been coming here for over 5 years and loved the smoothies. Now it's been disappointing how bad the drinks are. This is the 3rd time I come and the drinks are bad. Today, I ordered a number 4, and it has pineapple and ginger, which it tasted nothing like it. They agreed to add more of it, and I guess out of annoyance, they added extra ginger that it was untolarable to drink. We requested our money back, and they made a big deal not to give it back, so they had to give us a different drink. Extremely disappointing, I will not be returning after being a loyal customer for over 5 years.

To respond to your reply, this is false information, you were not there to know exactly what was said, but I'm sure you have camaras to review. We did not want another drink because we had already seen the attitude your team had. They repeatedly insisted they couldn't give the money back. As for what makes the difference that over the five years, it's been good, and now the quality isn't that same, has to be the employees hired lately. They are not going by the measurements.
