Employees are rude and very nasty. The female employees are ALWAYS DRINKING ON THE JOB and will try to get you to buy them a shot.

They will service you fast if your Hispanic no matter if people came ahead of you. The oldest female employee constantly put food left on the hot table back into the trays with her hands. They use the same spoons and tongs for everything without washing it HINTS CROSS CONTAMINATION. The employees are always fighting with each other and it's just bad service over all. Oh and to top it off NO ONE sticks to the same price for food the younger women charge less than the older woman.

Horrible horrible place the food is okay depending on what you get but most of the time the food is left overs if it's not a full tray of food that doesn't look fresh...

For those who recognize authentic Dominican and Puerto Rican food, this is not your place. I ordered oxtails: the rice was overcooked, the beans had no flavor, and the oxtails were simply flavored in a tomato paste base. My girlfriend ordered Asopao de Camarones: we found a piece of chicken inside the dish, the same tomato base used in my dish was used in hers (not very creative and it's not what the recipe calls for), and it looks like the rice was just tossed in there as supposed to being cooked all together.

Delivery was fast, but it absolutely doesn't make up for the terrible food. Our bill was around $40 and I expect a lot more quality for that price.

I can't say how good the rest of their dishes are, but I know I won't order from this...

i gave this restaurant multiple chances because when i first started ordering from here it was really good but they fell off. the last couple of times i’ve ordered they got my order completely wrong. one time there was a piece of GLASS in my pastelito and another time there was a string of HAIR in it. i wish i would’ve taken photos but i was so disgusted i immediately threw the food out. the last time i ordered chicken chunks they had a nasty fishy taste to it which i’m assuming it’s because they were cooked in old oil that was used to fry fish. don’t order from this spot because you’d just be...
