King Garden — Restaurant in New York

New King Garden has been my neighborhood Chinese restaurant since young and it's not until recently that I've been experiencing bad interactions with them, or more so the delivery person. He is rude, will assume his tip, and refuse to give your change back to you until you tell him what tip you will give him. He checked my two 20-dollar bills in front of me as if they were counterfeit. I had to tell him not to walk inside my apartment and wait at the door. at the end of that interaction, he refused to give me my change back (this is the second time this has happened with this delivery guy) until I gave him a tip. I called management but they seemed to brush off my concerns.
