ZERO STARS!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE FILTHY RUDE HORRIBLE AGAIN! Don't go to this place!! I went there to get a mani and pedi. When I went inside, I asked if they would be able to and I was told i would only have to wait 10 minutes. No problem. After 30 minutes of waiting I got up to leave and the owner ran in front of the door and told me "we take you now". I was hesitant to go but against my better judgment decided to take a chance as I was flying out of town early the next morning and wouldn't have time otherwise. The person who told me she would do my nails didn't properly clean up after the person before me. I asked politely if she would use the plastic covering to make sure I didn't get anything. She smiled and said something in another language. (Rude) she saw my reaction and quickly mentioned that she asking her fellow coworker for towels. 👀 All the polishes are behind the work stations so you can't choose you color until they give you the color pallets. waste of time. She cut my toe nails without asking. She has to repaint 2 Nails was very messy with lots of clean up. I told her not to bother to do my finger nails will pay and leave. (With a tip) because I was raised that way. Another employee approached and told Me she would do my nails. This person manages to apply the top coat without error. She tell me she will do my fingers and again I agreed thinking she would do a decent job. NO SHE DIDN't It was HORRIBLE! I told her how I wanted my nails and she agreed and did something else. I can't believe this salon is still open. When this nail salon first open many years ago, I was happy to see another option in the neighborhood. Not only are the workers (especially the man in charge) less than welcoming, the salon itself is just raggedy. This makes the service raggedy too and it's safe to say the place is unsanitary. The worst part is, the place and service is mediocre AND they overcharge you.

Instead of arguing, I figured people have the right to know they are being ripped off and deserve better. Even if you need something close, fast, or last minute, find somewhere else. I needed one nail fixed and was charged $17! There was no nail to take off and they didn't have a color that matched, and refused to paint them all the same for that price. Our community deserves better. Please stop giving...

Have been coming to this salon for quite some time. Went in for a pedicure Saturday around 6, Julie asked me to come back "around 7". I came back at 7:05 and she advised they were closed - interesting when SHE suggested the time for me to come back as she was fixing a poor job she previously did with my IBD gel and even google says they close at 7:30. AND I previously tried to come Wednesday and they were already closed at 6 - guess they just do what they want. Extremely poor service considering how long I've been going there and the level of services I get.
