Customer service is terrible! If you don't take orders over the phone, let your customers know. Don't make them order, show up, and then act like they never called. For example, the cook took my order over the phone, but when I arrived, he pretended not to remember. The owner just excused it, saying he's "just a cook."

Clear Communication: Make it clear on your website, social media, and phone system whether you take orders over the phone.
Training: Train all staff, including cooks, on customer service basics and the importance of consistency.

The owner (i did not get names) were so sweet. They treated my mom like ahe was family. Even walked us out after they allowed us to sit in the establishment to eat.
