WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. As soon as we got there the wait time was approximately 30 minutes which is typical nowadays with restaurants but we’re patient and we’re in no rush. They never called us to be seated as soon as one opened up the guy in the front just sat us down, it wasn’t a big deal so we left it at that. The waitress took foreverrrrrrrrrrrr to show up and when she finally did it was with an attitude, once she took our order we had asked for water’s because we’ve been there for awhile and we thought it was complimentary (it wasn’t but not a big deal). From the distance we see her in the restaurant doing nothing but chatting with the other associates, she took an extra 20 minutes to bring us 4 bottles of water -_-. Another 30 minutes pass and we asked her how much longer for the food to come she smirked and was like it was gonna take awhile. Another hour passed and still no food, another waitress asked us if we had ordered cause she saw it in our face that we were annoyed, she went to the back and got our food in under 3 minutes literally. Another waitress looks over and noticed that we didn’t have drinks which we did order but we had wanted it to come with the food cause we didn’t want it to get watered down by the time the food came so when the other waitress asked the waitress that was supposed to be taking care of us she was like oh okay I’ll bring it out in a few...another 10 minute wait. It already got dark out and they had no outdoor lighting so we had to eat the food in the dark. The whole experience was ruined. I’m not gonna lie the food is good but the customer service is terrible maybe we just got unlucky with the waitress but still.
