Worst white castle ever. 1st time I ate there the food was terrible I know it's white castle but come on. Didn't leave a bad review because it was food and it was served on time and I didn't get sick and leaving negative reviews isn't my first thought most of the time. Decided to give them a second try...because it's white castle. Waited in time for 20 mins while people kept coming in and getting served and leaving. I'm like ok it's been 20 minutes I'm running late and I gotta get to work can I get my money back. Of course I couldn't I got ripped off and I have the bank statement and their own camera footage to back it up. I had to leave she said she'd make it quick but how could I trust that. Whatever 8 dollars won't break me but I can't help but feel discriminated against because I was the least black customer in the store. I say this because in my heart if I was lebron James or a 6 foot 7 male with a chiseled jawline and a million guy smile I guarantee my order wouldn't have been forgotten because of all the women working there tonight. So it's really moralizing which is why I just wanted my money back because who wants to eat food served from someone who makes you feel worthless. Will not be visiting this white castle anymore and word of advise pay with cash if you're running in their short on time and need a refund because of poor service. For the record I don't enjoy writing negative reviews. Read moreOn my lunch break I decided to get a #1, plain sliders with no Ketchup, no cheese, and no onions. I told employee #485 Ms. Rasma Seebarran that I am allergic to onions, and to please make sure that the sliders didn't have anything on them. I wanted four plain sliders. When I got back to the job, I opened the slider to make sure it was plain, but unfortunately, there were onions and ketchup on every slider. I returned to White Castles for them to make the burgers over. However, CM Rasma Seebarran, decided to argue back and forth with me, stating, there are no onions on the slider. She decided to throw the burgers out. I told her if she can't see the onions, I would be more than happy to show them to her. She refused and continued to go back and forth, knowing that all she had to do was give me four plain sliders with no ketchup. I was willing to wait for new burgers, until she decided to get disrespectful. For that reason, I now asked for a total refund. GM Wendy Nunez should know that Ms. Rasma Seebarran is a liability to her business because if I would've bit into that burger with allergy to onions, there would've been a huge lawsuit. Came here on Friday(03/11) afternoon and the older white lady working the register was very rude and just givin off bad energy, the place wasn’t crowded and she kept me waiting to order till she finished “sorting her change” idk who trained her but CUSTOMER SERVICE comes first, the food was good except my mom and son fries were hard and overdone. The next day Saturday(03/12) I came back at night hoping for better service, this time going threw the drive thru.
