La Pizza Italia 🇮🇹 — Restaurant in New York

Horrible first time experience at this location. I visited this location today for a late night dinner. My spouse and I spent over 50 dollars on food items. During my engagement with the cashier he confirmed that all of my food was in the bag, proceeded to hand me the bag and watched me exit the store. When I got home I discovered that the employees did not place the food in my bag. I immediately contacted the store to let them know that some food was missing. According to the employee, he “informed me that the food would be about 10 minutes and didn’t know that I was exiting”. He assumed I was going to the car; even though he watched me say good night. In addition to that it was pouring raining outside, very cold outside and I am 5 months pregnant. During the conversation, I explained that this was no fault of mines for he knew I was exiting and the food wasn’t placed in the bag. He then offered to deliver my food, proceeded to take my address and then changed his mind. I am very active in my neighborhood and love to try to spots however, I am disappointed with the customer service that received today. I will not be returning to...

I finally decided to give this place a try and ordered from Uber Eats. On UE, they have like 7-8 different mirror restaurants with different BOGO offers. I'm not sure why, it kinda makes them look sketchy, but my curiosity finally got the better of me.

I got the BOGO Penne a la Vodka, BOGO cheese bread and Sicilian honey vodka and spicy honey pepperoni slices. I'm taking off 1 star because it's obvious they just made my pepperoni slice from an existing grandma slice and I don't think they gave me the vodka slice, but just a normal grandma. Also, the slices were not that fresh... but it was 3 AM.

Penne was good, but not a $19 portion! I think they mark it up and then make it BOGO. The cheesy bread was fluffy and hot and great dipped in the extra vodka sauce.

Overall, great late night option and I had food for days after...

There's so many "meh" quality pizza places around that it can be difficult to weed out the good from the bad. If you're looking for great pizza look no further than "M & Pizza", they've got the best pizza in the heart of city”. I get sick of all those "bargain" pizzas from the big chain restaurants, that really aren't that good, but you settle for because of their internet specials. With M & PIZZA you get an excellent pizza cooked to perfection, loaded with delicious toppings.

I give the great staff & great pizza five stars!!! They work so hard & they cook lovely food. I got to meet the Manager Mr. Anamul while visiting to pay. He greeted me with a smile as I have been a star client of this place though it’s a first time visit. After all fantastic Experience and made my night. Thank you for sharing your amazing...
