We placed our order on the phone for pick up, Our order was wrong and we had to wait 20 additional minutes for only 4 more pupusas. The lady working there was slow and attending her family over other customers and constantly stoping to carry her kids. Another guy came in to pick up his 10 pupusas and he only received 2. So the lady who’s attending her family is not paying attention to the orders and getting them wrong. Very unprofessional, expect long wait times. They should...

No one speaks English.. I asked for pepper steak with rice and beans. I got steak with no peppers and onions nor did I receive any rice and beans. Food is not worth the money a can of soda is $2.50. And they had their kids behind the counter picking them up while customers waited. I will never go back there again . The store next door Puerto Plata has way better food and they understand English their food prices reasonable . I DO NOT recommend this...

I Was Stuck On A Bus For An Extra 30 Minutes After It Had To Detour Because Of An Accident Then Another Detour Because Of Construction On The Van Wyck Expressway.
