I had a terrifying experience here that could have cost me my life. I asked very clearly if the açaí bowl contained any nuts, and the worker (Rain) told me it did not. I can safely have almonds, so almond milk is fine, but I am allergic to other nuts. After taking one bite, my mouth immediately began to swell — I have a severe, life-threatening nut allergy. I had to run across the street to Walgreens for Benadryl.
When I returned, neither the worker nor the supervisor (Ali) initially apologized. Instead, they tried to excuse it as a “misunderstanding,” as if I was only asking about walnuts as a topping. I made it very clear I was asking about any nuts. Only after 20 minutes did Ali finally apologize, while Rain continued to argue with me and dismiss my concerns. When I asked for his name, he told me, “Do what you need to with my name.”
On top of that, they did not offer me a refund — instead, they just made me another bowl. The granola they served was completely stale and inedible.
Food allergies are extremely serious, and this kind of carelessness and attitude is unacceptable. People trust food establishments with their safety, and this could have ended very badly. If you have allergies, I would strongly advise being extremely cautious before...

The people working behind the counter were pretty cool, service was on point. For breakfast I had the Nutella Custard Croffle and a can of Celsius. The croffle was delightful for sure, pleasing to the taste buds though one small complaint...I don't think croffles are a good base for any sandwich because it was messy eating that, the croffle was kinda all over the place eating it.
Came back here for lunch after a few hours in the gym to order a Mocha Haze Power Smoothie and a Smoked Turkey Croffle. Croffle sandwiches here are delicious as a whole but they are very unstable and can leave a mess so as a note, ALWAYS ask for extra napkins. The smoothie was very good and filling too.
