La Rubia Bar and Grill Restaurant — Restaurant in New York

I ordered a combo meal and for one the roasted chicken taste like its been sitting out all day does not taste fresh and smothered in onions as a way to hide the old flavor I am an executive dominican chef of 15 years that was Not fresh and we are not stupid!! and when asked for a change on the combo while ordering the owner the so called “la Rubia” gave an attitude like if she was doing me a favor and giving the food away for free when i am a paying customer and said i dont have to accommodate anything and dont have to eat there i was in shock im like why you open a business and forget the first rule HOSPITALITY! All we asked was for a different drink not even the food she said was too busy and proceeded to hang up on us you don’t treat people like that for no reason the only positive was the other person i spoke to first she was very sweet and kind and wanted to change it but had to ask “La Rubia” first before doing so it was all downhill after that..first and last time supporting this location is a shame because i knew the owner before he sold it to this spoiled brat and the food was great and service always on point keywords of the Day...
