Placed a large order yesterday (3/31/19) Pan of lomein, pan of broccoli with garlic sauce and a pan of fried rice for my daughters birthday Got so many complaints about the rice being hard and not fresh. Tasted myself and agreed Teached out to the restaurant today (04/01/2019) and let them know that the rice wasn’t fresh and was in fact hard. Wasn’t looking for any compensation just giving feedback Person answering the phone said that he wasn’t there yesterday so he doesn’t know what to say. Then goes on to say “I never have any complaints, it might’ve been hard but not stale” I tell him “you say it might’ve been hard like that’s a good thing” he says “well some people like their rice hard. I don’t know what you’re looking for but you can’t get your money back or any replacement order” I told him it’s ignorant of him to assume that I’m looking for something free when I was in fact just giving feedback personally opposed to writing a bad review online being that I am a regular customer I then asked for the manager or person in charge and he told me that they aren’t available. Poor customer service to say the least, don’t order from this place, and had I went in person and seen the grade pending sign I wouldn’t have even ordered in the first place If I could give them zero...

I bought beef fried ricew/barbecue sause and general toss chicken the rice was very very greasy and the rice was still hard the meat was hard and dry no barbecue sause was on the rice,then after eating a few spoons of rice once it was heated up I found a piece of hair in the rice, I called them to get my money back and they hung up on me I called again the hung up again I was so upset & felt sick,thank God my room light was on or I wouldn't have seen the hair I'm calling the board of health & I'm disabled I couldn't go to return it and they wouldn't come get it they are very rude & wrong they need to cover their hair I would never eat there again, then they have the nerve to charge you a tip, this place...

Ok so I just moved to coney island 7 months ago and this restaurant has ok food and the service is regular BUT there prices or high way robbery $9.25 for chicken wings and fries NOPE they have raised there prices AGAIN but there menu say something totally different and the portion of fries is like a hand full literally its ridiculous to me idk about anyone else but these restaurant set up shop it black and Hispanic community and then price gouge I've spent a lot of money her but I will no longer order from this location there too pricey its a Vietnamese restaurant across from McDonald's with very reasonable prices and there very polite and the food is yummy so...
