In July, my car was standing near the house and it was hit by a truck. Neighbors moved into the house opposite. To fix my car, we went to a consultation at Carousel Autobody. We've been here before and the service was excellent. And this time, they quickly inspected the car, ordered spare parts from the dealer, appointed a day and time for replacement, issued an invoice (the neighbor paid for everything at once). On the appointed day and time, they called me and said that all the details had arrived and asked me to bring the car, they even offered to take me home and asked how I would get there. They did everything in a few hours, even in less time than promised, everything is just super perfect and when I came to pick up the car, it was really like new, because they even washed it perfectly (and in the cabin too). Everything was done perfectly, the staff is friendly, well-mannered, professional, the prices are affordable, by the way we even got a discount, in general everything is fine, I got my car back and my planned vacation by car went according to plan. When I got into an accident, I took my Jeep to Carousel because I was told that nobody beats their service. When I got there, I was greeted with a friendly and knowledgeable staff that answered any questions I had for them. Ralph gave me a helpful rundown of all the parts that needed to be replaced. The Jeep required both mechanical and body work done. Carousel was able to order all the parts and fix the car very quickly. I very much appreciate the great service that Ralph and Carousel were able to provide for me. When I got the car back, it looked like it just came out of the showroom. The body work was fantastic and the car drove perfectly with no problems at all. Carousel even had the entire inside of the car detailed for me, which is something you rarely see with body shops. They were also able to take care of my rental car and returned it for me when I picked up the Jeep. I don't see myself going to any other body shop if I ever need work done in the future, and I highly recommend Carousel to anybody who needs...

This is one of the two best auto repair places I've ever used and I've used many, including one that should not even be allowed to operate because the negligence of one of its technicians when supposedly pumping my brakes almost resulted in a serious accident when my brakes failed. By contrast, the guys from Carousel who worked on my car just now, Johnny and Danish, did a wonderful job: Johnny did the body work and Danish did the mechanical work. It was a big job all in all but they did it expeditiously and charged me reasonably and even did a few repairs for free. Also, they were very courteous to my wife and me when we dropped off the car and when we picked it up.
