Lello's Pizza — Restaurant in New York

I ordered the pizza at 11:02 am, and it arrived at 12:50 pm. The guy over the phone was mad rude and constantly kept giving fake times for when the food would arrive and would constantly ignore me when i would try to get his attention over the phone. The chicken soup tasted like tap water and the chicken and noodles tasted like plastic. The lentil soup also only had beans in it, and barely any liquid. There was so many beans that it was making the tiny bit of liquid go to the top. Somehow, the drinks tasted watered down which didn’t make sense because they came bottled up. I had a very disappointing experience at your establishment recently, primarily due to the service provided by the cashier guy. The service was extremely slow. Additionally, the cashier was rude, which negatively impacted my day. He made the interaction unpleasant and unprofessional. To make matters worse, the pizza I received was of very low quality, falling far below my expectations. This place has good pizza but I guess they let it get a little too much to their heads. That "Free delivery" is plain b.s. I always order from this place for me &' my family and we are never charged extra. But since the DELIVERY GUY says we NEVER tip which is also a load of b.s because we do, they want to add mandatory $6 delivery, a delivery that was already $21-$22. And on-top of that our delivery is literally 3 mins far. We spend more than the minimum on their pizza specials and this is the treatment we get? I do not recommend this spot to anyone.
