Liberty Pizza — Restaurant in New York

This place has great pizza and great ices I just wish they had more flavors but the reason I'm giving a bad review is cause the owner of the store was disrespectful he was mad at me for telling his associate to make sure there's no fly in my icey cause the last time I bought them I found three sure enough as he making my icey a fly flew in one of my cups when I asked the owner why is it wrong for me to make sure my order is clean and fly proof he said to me " if there's a fly in your food then there's just a fly in your food you won't die nor should you be compensated for a new one or a refund" his brother on the other hand is very nice and understanding I hope they both see this message cause for now on I want the big tall fellow with the gold tee which is the owners brother or any one else in the store to make my order...

I would not order from here if you want a pie with a reasonable amount of toppings. I ordered a large pie with sausage peppers and onions, the pie they gave me was so sparse and they left out the onions! Each slice had about 3-4 slices of sausage and no more than 4 pieces of pepper. Luigi’s nearby will pile the toppings on your pizza, they were closed today but are always a better option. Forgetting the onions could be an honest mistake, but skimping on the rest was low. In all my decades of eating New York pizza I’ve never been so hurt and disappointed by a pie. The workers...

Some of the employees are nice. The delivery man is very respectful. But I can’t say the same for the staff. One person in particular. Had to make an order through phone and once I made my order the man had a rude attitude and told me he can’t deliver. It’s fine. He could have said something. But he just bluntly hung up. I called again because I was going to make a bigger order that passes the delivery value, but there was no answer. Cannot believe a disrespectful person would do that. And I simply wanted to get lunch. Very inappropriate behavior with customers...
